1. Residential and Commercial re-Sales: We are dedicated to providing a smooth closing process from the moment you sign the real-estate contract. Because communication is the key to a successful closing, we can easily be contacted by phone, fax, and email at any time. If needed we will make ourselves available nights and weekends in order to complete the transaction.

2. Refinances: Need to close quickly? Then we are the title company to contact! Often we can close in as little as a week after a new order is submitted. In addition, we can offer you a substantial discount on your title insurance costs. All you need to provide is your owner's policy. This document will save you hundreds, if not thousands, or dollars!

3. New Construction: We will be with you all the way: from purchasing your vacant lot to securing the construction loan and finally through all the phases of construction. We are happy to work with your builder to help ensure a successful building process. As a full service title agency, we are able to order surveys, well tests, septic sytem tests that your builder can use during the construction. This can eliminate the need for duplicate costs such as purchasing one survey to close the real-estate transaction and then having to purchase another survey for the construction phase.

4.Remote and Mobile Closings: We are able to close at our office or at the place of your choosing. No closing is too complex. Your bank, your attorney's office, your realtor's office, etc. We will be very accomodating to your specific needs and desires.
